Pointy?
I believe that the "pointy" reference pertains to the lengthened scope, not the power of the weapon. According to the H3 ViDoc "Et Tu, Brute?" we saw the MC meleeing a brute with an SMG, and you can just make out the lengthened barrel. This would make the weapon quieter and more accurate. Should we edit?

I've played the Beta, and i think the point reference was just to illustrate its overhaul - its slightly more accurate, fires faster, and has no recoil for the first few seconds though it kicks in with a vengeance later.
