• It looks to me that all the information heard and seen in Halo 2 about FADM Harper is true. And he is also his subordinate, no doubt.

An example, back in WWII, Fleet Admiral William Leahy was Chief of Staff to the CinC and Chief of Naval Operations. Then, Fleet Admiral Chester Nimitz was the CinC of the US Pacific Fleet. So really what i'm trying to say is, that they were both the same rank, though one officer held a higher position. Just like FADM Hood does over FADM Harper.

• I agree, everything known about Fleet Admiral Harper has been through the Halo games, therfore there shouldnt be any questions as to whether or not this page states facts or fan fiction.

I just watched a H2A walkthrough on Cairo Station, I took a closer look at the information relating to the Fifth Fleet's numbers and Harper's flagship is the UNSC Canberra, CA-79.
