Update required

Changes required to this mediawiki page:

• Change "We Are ODST" to "The Life"
• Add "Halo Waypoint" link under Community Related Sites
• Remove "Ascendant Justice" link under Community Related Sites as it is no longer updated by the site's staff
• Remove "Halo Wars" link under Community Related Sites as Microsoft has pulled support from it and it will most likely be merged into Halo Waypoint
• Remove "Disbanded Usergroup" link since all it does is attracting unneeded traffic/attention
