On most video games, there is a [[multiplayer]] mode called '''Split Screen'''.  Split Screen is only available if there are 2-4 people playing on one video game console.  On [[Halo 1]](Combat Evolved), [[Halo 2]], and [[Halo 3]] the screen is split horizontally, unless there are 4 people, then it is split into 4 equal sized screens.  On some games, the screen is split vertically.
