This picture is really dark, almost solid black from a distance. It's also not in profile, it's from a diagonal view that obscures much of the ship. Any chance we could get it lightened? Diagonal can work, that's a minor quibble. I just mainly have a problem with the fact that the frigate's details are now too darkened to be seen. [[:File:Frigate 3.jpg|The old pic]] seemed to show them just fine; you could even read the Hull Classification Symbol. :I agree it's a little dark and the original worked fine. I'm also a little curious as to why should every ship profile image have its background cropped off. The cropping works well in pictures about pieces of equipment like weapons, or ship classes as a whole, but I've always thought individual ship profile images work better when shown with the original background. My policy's been [[Ket-pattern battlecruiser|whole ship classes should be]] [[Ceudar-pattern heavy corvette|a profile on a]] [[UNSC frigate|<s>white</s> transparent background]], individual ships [[UNSC Forward Unto Dawn|should have]] [[Ardent Prayer|a background and]] [[:File:TruthRecon.jpg|don't need to be profile]]. Of course, [[Long Night of Solace|there can be exceptions]], such when the original background was too dark, but that's where discretion comes in. ::Honestly, what Tuckerscreator suggested would be the best for resolving this issue. Simply having transparent background doesn't necessarily make the image better; as in this case, the one with the background looks better whereas the current one is simply too dark (am very aware of the in-game lighting). :::Be that as it may, I still think it looks better the way it is, therefore, I will not change it, and I don't want anyone else changing it either. What I am willing to do is change it back to the original intro image, and put this one into the article's Gallery section. I would appreciate it if people would honor this. I would also add that I can make out the frigate's ship emblem, as well as everything else.
