Arthur was a member of the Spartan-II Program, killed in action against the Covenant. He participated in an operation to retrieve a high priority "package" from a Covenant fleet, operating a Booster Frame in infiltrate a ship. He was crushed between two Cruisers while providing cover for Kelly-087, whose own Booster Frame had been damaged. Presumably, Arthur was listed as Missing in Action.[1]
