The Skirmisher Major[1] is a rank for more experienced Skirmishers in the Covenant. Composed of larger and more muscular Kig-yar, the Skirmishers are agile combatants that utilize pack tactics. The Skirmisher Majors are distinguished by their red armor, which is otherwise largely similar to the minimal gray suits worn by their lower-ranking counterparts.
