Rhal 'Makesh was a Sangheili scout in service with the Swords of Sanghelios. He was attached to the Third Patrol on October 27, 2558 in Nuusra when it was ambushed by forces of Jul 'Mdama's Covenant. Scout 'Makesh managed to record a message containing a warning and a plea for assistance before he was killed.[3]
