On December 12, 2559, Giuseppe M. was onboard UNSC Infinity when it was ambushed by Banished forces upon arrival at Installation 07. While it was unknown whether the ODST survived the ambush, they were later contacted by First Lieutenant Floyd in hopes of support from ODSTs on a potential operation to rescue UNSC prisoners of war from a Banished outpost.[1]
