Antigravity Packs are used by Elites (Sangheilis) to maneuver in low-gravity or zero gravity situations. It provides extreme mobility, and in no way hinders their combat effectiveness.[1] They most likely work similar to a Banshee's engines, encasing the user in an antigravity field that keeps them suspended in the air.
Trivia
- They are used by Elite Rangers and also by the Heretic Commander Sesa 'Refumee.
- The UNSC use cruder and less effective T-PACKs for zero G movement.
- The Jackal Rangers used them to operate in space
- In Halo 3, the Brutes (Jiralhanaes) will use a crude version of the Antigravity pack, the Jump Pack.
