"News Service" Templates
Greetings Tony, my attention is being drawn by the Halopedia News Service which is quickly evolving. Since you are the Chief Editor there, should we create a new line of templates regarding the Service itself? (for example to indicate a user who is involved or a page which is an article's main subject) User:Spirit of Fire/Sig 19:15, 17 May 2009 (UTC)
- These two are those I've conceived so far, until their coding is provisional changes can be made in no time. User:Spirit of Fire/Sig 16:50, 18 May 2009 (UTC)

A useful template
Hi CT, I continuing my work for the HNS. I've created a template from your work, which can be put at the beginning of each article.

Feedback needed
Tony, I left a message with Manticore, and wanted to reach out to you as well. We have a great opportunity to work with Microsoft, but I need some feedback. Are the blogs the best place? Check out my post and let me know if there is a better way of getting the community involved. Cheers -- Doug<staff /> (talk) 20:23, 22 June 2009 (UTC)
- Hah! That was amazing...you read my mind! Thanks for the site notice =0) -- Doug<staff /> (talk) 20:25, 22 June 2009 (UTC)
New Bungie Project
The New Bungie Project page you deleted... it is needed. Because it is NOT Halo: Reach. Read again:
"While most of the studio's collective might has made the shift over to Halo: Reach to lend their time, talent, and insights into making it kick tons of ass when it comes out in Fall of 2010, your focus should be elsewhere. There no need for you to invest in cryogenics and endure a frigid hibernation season to help ease your wait—there's only 88 days left until Halo 3: ODST hits store shelves. You're shipping out on September 22nd, 2009. So mark your calendars, pre-order your copy, and GET SET for a combat drop. Oh and we've said it before, but since various denizens from around the Internet were once again speculating on what else we’re whipping up, yeah, we've also got a third, super secret thing in the works that you know nothing about. We'd love to tell you all about it, but as you may have learned from the proceeding sentence, it’s super secret. All in due time. When we have something to show you, we'll...uh...show it to you. Until then, mind ya bizness."
This was from today's (6/26/09) Weekly Update.
See? There is ODST, Reach, and then a third new game!
Re:Re: New Bungie Project
Well, then why does Marathon and District 9 have their own page? It isn't Halo: Marathon or Halo: Disctrict 9? Shouldn't those be deleted too, then? Sure, Halo has Marathon references, but it also has a HUGE reference to their game Oni and that doesn't have a page here!
- More Marathon references than Oni references. Lot more. And sign your edits, dude. Srsly. DavidJCobb 01:07, 14 July 2009 (UTC)

May i make an article about spawn killing? I am trying to think of things to do, and i will also provide a link in the newb article--Shade Link 15:02, 8 July 2009 (UTC)
My talk page
Why do you keep reverting my edit on my talk page? - (Jangos) Legacy (talk) 23:48, 10 July 2009 (UTC)
Yeah, same here. I don't appreciate my profile being tampered with, Mr. Administrator. EtErNiTy92 00:46, 14 July 2009 (UTC)
- In answer to both your questions, it seems that you're not supposed to remove stuff from your talk page. Ever. You can, however, move stuff off of your talk page into archival subpages -- as CommanderTony himself has done -- provided that you link to such subpages at the top of your talk page. I can provide instructions on how to do this, if you so desire. DavidJCobb 01:06, 14 July 2009 (UTC)
- Well...I just edited my talk page and don't want it reverted... =[ I'm gonna leave it as it is. Just...No one tamper with it. EtErNiTy92 01:23, 14 July 2009 (UTC)
- And it's tampered again. >_> Administrators show no respect to other people. EtErNiTy92 04:17, 14 July 2009 (UTC)
- You could just archive it, you know. SmokeSound off! 04:16, 14 July 2009 (UTC)
- Fine, whatever I guess. I show respect to Halopedia but it does not respect me. EtErNiTy92 04:18, 14 July 2009 (UTC)
- You could just archive it, you know. SmokeSound off! 04:16, 14 July 2009 (UTC)
- No you aren't, and we're telling you the correct way to do it. It's up to you whether or not to do it. SmokeSound off! 04:20, 14 July 2009 (UTC)
- >_> EtErNiTy92 04:21, 14 July 2009 (UTC)
- Just frickin' do it and stop spamming his talk page. Thanks in advance. SmokeSound off! 04:23, 14 July 2009 (UTC)
Talk Pages
Why can't one remove content from their own Talk Page? I'm not trying to start anything, I'm just mildly curious. File:Commander Silver Leaf.PNG Kougermasters (Talk) (Contribs) (Edits) 05:46, 14 July 2009 (UTC)
Halopedia News Service Content
Hello, Tony. I have several ideas for some new content in the HNS. First of all, I was wondering if we could have a screenshot competition. People enter their screenshots and at the end of the week, one gets first, one gets second, and one gets third as voted by the Halopedia News Staff. Also, there should be an award called Editor of the Week, for the Editor who writes the most, or most popular news article(s) in a week, and also helps with the formatting of the Main Page, the News Ticker, etc.
Also, I have come in regards to Halopedia Warz. Don't you think it's time you did something about it? I would gladly participate in reviving it. Also, if it is revived, could Halopedians form their own Halo 3 teams, with unique names and such, just like what was done with Halo Wars?
I hope my ideas appeal to you. Have a nice night! File:Commander Silver Leaf.PNG Kougermasters (Talk) (Contribs) (Edits) 08:59, 15 July 2009 (UTC)
- If I may put my two cents in, I think screenshot(s) and editor of the week are pretty good. DavidJCobb 17:27, 16 July 2009 (UTC)
ODST Info
I don't know why I can't edit the Halo 3: ODST page, probably because of my low position. But, a little snippet of info is that after reviewing the gameplay footage a few times I've noticed that Bungie has taken the tunnel vision problem from Halo 3 into consideration and have fixed it to a certain degree. Just something I thought you could add to the trivia. Look over the gameplay and see for yourself.--Underdogg13 22:28, 24 July 2009 (UTC)

Image
Yeah, that was kind of the point. It was for a blog and would have made sense there, but I can just upload it again when I need it. --Dragonclaws(talk) 06:10, 5 August 2009 (UTC)
Don't worry. My dad's family's Jewish. I'm really mocking anti-Semitic guys with a stupid picture. --Dragonclaws(talk) 02:40, 6 August 2009 (UTC)
Why was my image deleted?
I posted a funny movie poster I made on my own talk page, and came back today to find it gone, replaced by a standard welcome message... that I already got. Is there an issue with the image? Juranas 21:11, 13 August 2009 (UTC)
Guesty-Persony-Thingy
Hey Tony, Im an admin at Pfhorpedia, the Marathon Wiki, and I just received an anonymous message from someone claiming to be GPT wanting to be paid to come back to our respective sites. Normally I would disregard it as fake, but he mentions both our wikis as if he really was GPT, I was hoping that you could shed some light on the situation.--Vanguard7 20:00, 16 August 2009 (UTC)
I agree completely. I only brought it to your attention because of the references to our sites, in that it sounded like it could be him--Vanguard7 20:20, 16 August 2009 (UTC)
Site Scout
Hey, CT, I am a sysop on the Section 8 Wiki and I was wondering how you got the site scout special page here because it works a lot better than recent changes. Thanks - ShadowBroker44 (TALK) (CONTRIBS) 20:52, 22 August 2009 (UTC)
