James McCann was an Insurrectionist on Mars.
Biography
James McCann along with Christina Rice, were disguised as Army specialists working in New Harmony, Mars they were stealing weapons for a possible attack on the city. On April 2, 2526 they were arrested by UNSC forces working alongside ONI agents.[1]
