'''*EDIT*''' I'm with Roberthaha and Vergerot on this one; I don't think the Banshees, Seraphs, and Phantoms were utilizing slipspace at all. The radio operator on ''Anchor 9'' warns about impulse drive signatures being detected seconds before the Seraphs appear. They would not have been able to detect said signatures if the vessels were in slipspace, as they wouldn't have time to retrieve and analyze a slipspace probe like those used by remote sensing outposts. Thus, Occam's Razor would indicate that the craft were using impulse drive rather than slipspace.
