'''Adam''' was a [[Spartan-III]] Supersoldier. He was a member of the SPARTAN-III "Fireteam Foxtrot" along with [[Tom-B292]], [[Lucy-B091]] and [[Min-B174]].

'''Adam''' was conscripted into the Spartan-III program at age six in [[2539]], when he was orphaned by the [[Covenant]] when they glassed his planet and killed his parents. Adam was very angry over this and volunteered for the Spartan-III program to find his revenge on the [[Covenant]] who murdered his family.  

He was trained by [[ Lieutenant Commander]] [[Kurt Ambrose]] (a former [[Spartan-II]])  and [[Chief Petty Officer]] [[Mendez]] for six years. Adam, along with [[Tom-B292]], [[Lucy-B091]] and [[Min-B174]], became "Fireteam Foxtrot"<ref>[[Halo: Ghost of Onyx]], page 15</ref>, one of the organized Spartan-III fireteams.

They were sent on [[Operation: TORPEDO]] at the age of only 12 to destroy a Covenant refinery on [[Pegasi Delta]]<ref>[[Halo: Ghost of Onyx]], page 15</ref>. As the Spartans faced superior enemy forces, they were wiped out, but Fireteam Foxtrot managed to reach the inside of the refinery. There Adam was wounded when he was shot with [[Needler]] rounds on the back from several [[Elites]]. The Elites' rounds penetrated his [[SPI Armor]] and penetrated his spine, immobilizing him from the waist down<ref>[[Halo: Ghost of Onyx]], page 23</ref>. Adam volunteered to hold off the approaching forces and delay them so his teammates could accomplish the mission<ref>[[Halo: Ghost of Onyx]], page 23</ref>.

He was killed by perceptible overwhelming enemy forces as seen on-camera by members of ONI and Commander Ambrose.
