|The Unggoy Imperial rank is a Covenant remnant rank that is mostly comprised of Unggoy that served in the Human-Covenant war.They are the counterparts of Unggoy Ultras but more radical and fanatical.Unggoy Imperials can command other grunts but they are control themselves by Sangheilis and possibly Jackals.Their armor come in many colors.Unggoy Imperials can survive in space despite their armor configuration.

|A specialized group of Unggoy fully trained and armored for extra-vehicular activity.Unggoy Rangers are heavily equipped and dangerous.This rank was created by The Storm Covenant.Unggoy Rangers armor only come in one color.Their visors are clear enough to see their faces.They are resilient enough to take several shots.Unggoy Rangers serve under specifically Sangheili Warriors, Sangheili Zealots, Kig-Yar Snipers, and Kig-Yar Rangers.

|Being similar to the rank of UNSC [[Corporal]], these specialized Unggoy wear green colored armor and are often deployed for defensive actions <ref>'''Halo 2''', level ''[[Gravemind (level)|Gravemind]]''</ref>. Their primary purposes are to deploy plasma cannons and man them, although they are occasionally seen wielding fuel rod guns. They can be seen wielding a brute spiker on [[The Ark (level)|The Ark]].  Two or three are seen wielding plasma rifles during the attack on Sword Base on Reach.                                                                                                                                Unggoy Heavy in Halo 4 are resilent as Unggoy Rangers.They can survive in space because of their masks.Unggoy Heavy combat harness can come in a variety of colors.Their masks resembles a gas masks.This is a reminder to the fact that Unggoys breath methane.

|Storm Grunts are the Covenant remnant's version of the Grunt Minor.Unggoy Storm are fanatical and ferocious as the Sangheilis they serve under.They are more dangerous than Unggoy Minors.Storm Grunt combat harness come in many colors, including their traditional color orange.They rarely run from a firefight.Storm Grunts come in large numbers which is utilize to overwhelm their enemies.Unggoy in The Storm Covenant look reptilian as Unggoy in the original Covenant/Covenant Separatists look like arthropods.
