-Why do we have augmented non-combat personnel like Miller and Dalton serving as Spartans? I'm kinda nitpicking here since Palmer isn't too active either (with the exceptions of the Infinity crashing, Prometheans boarding, the Halsey op), but an AI or non-augmented officer/NCO could handle their job just as easily and free Spartans up for combat.
