Rename
Halsey's journal clarifies that the material is called "polymerised lithium niobocene," and that it was developed to discharge static buildup after slipspace jumps. Technically, it's correct. Although changing the name would require us to reformat the article, since the current version describes the layer itself, as a component of MJOLNIR armor, while polymerised lithium niobocene is the material the said layer is made of. Would it be unnecessary redundancy to keep this one as it is and make another article to describe the material?
