The "binary" thing is never stated in Headhunters, so no clue where that's from. His armor is definitely more burgundy than "diesel brown." Also, the story clearly states his camo can last 3.5 to 4 minutes, while not stating that it drains his energy shields. The camo *recharging* is stated to put strain on his shields, however.
