23rd Naval Air Squadron: Difference between revisions

Several members of this unit, if not the entire unit, were aboard the {{UNSCship|Pillar of Autumn}} in [[2552#August|August 2552]]. Members of the squadron were adept at piloting several types of air vehicles, including [[Dropship 77-Troop Carrier|D77-TC Pelicans]], [[GA-TL1 Longsword-class Interceptor|GA-TL1 ''Longsword''-class interceptors]], and even captured [[Covenant Empire|Covenant]] [[Type-25 Troop Carrier|''Spirit''-class dropships]]. When the ''Pillar of Autumn'' crashed on the surface of [[Installation 04]], some of the pilots survived, though all of them were later killed. It is unknown if any members of the squadron were assigned elsewhere or if the squadron is still in service.
