Possibly. I almost got it on a Warthog, but I figured the reason I didn't was because it was too long between my EMP and the hijack. I later got it on a ghost, so I'm not able to determine whether this is the case.-- Rusty-112Admincomm 01:40, 10 April 2013 (EDT)
