Arthur Resnick was a human in the United Nations Space Command Navy. By 2531 he had made it to Commander where he served as the commander of the frigate UNSC Ready or Not during the Human-Covenant War.[1]

In 2531, Arthur Resnick was on the UNSC Ready or Not for a routine patrol of the 18 Scorpii system, when Lieutenant Jacob Keyes arrived in system on the UNSC Midsummer Night with the Exodus Project asteroid carrying refugees from The Rubble.[1]
