::I haven't followed this matter at all until now but I have to agree Durandal's evidence here is pretty conclusive. Not to mention that the supposed H2A tracks closer resemble the style of the Legends Soundtrack than the officially released H2A samples (ie. the re-orchestrating work is noticeably sloppier and cheaper sounding than in the H2A tracks).
