On [[2559#April|April 2, 2559]], Captain [[James Cutter]] and Professor [[Ellen Anders]] attempted to send [[Installation 09]] from [[Installation 00]] to the former site of [[Installation 04]] in the [[Soell system]], where a distress beacon would be deployed. Their hope was that this would be within communication range of Reach, where someone might hear them and be able to send reinforcements.
