It is available in all [[Multiplayer]] [[Infection]] gametypes. It is represented by a silver medal with a Zombie head. When someone gets this medal the announcer will shout "Zombie Killing Spree!" to the player that received this medal. This medal will show up and disclose in an Infection game instead of a typical [[Killing Spree]] Medal, rather than appearing with it like the [[Splatter Spree]] Medal. | ||
