'''Signal Hill''' is an outcropping of rough, sandblasted rock in a desert on the planet, [[Carrow]]. It lies outside the settlement of [[Sandholm]] at a distance of of five minutes away by [[M274 Mongoose|M274 mongoose]]. A teenage resident of Sandholm, [[Dahlia]], likes to skip her way up the hill to eat her lunch and look out over the town. At the start of the latter half of [[2558]], a viral hemorrhagic fever swept through the town in waves. A [[vocal repeater|repeater]] that was perched near the top of Signal Hill failed after the second wave.
