'''Laser Kill''' is a [[Medal]] awarded in ''[[Halo 3]]'' and [[Halo Reach]] for killing an enemy with the [[Spartan Laser]], awarded for ''any'' kill with the Laser (other than melees) due to the unwieldy charge time and precise accuracy it takes to destroy a target with the weapon. It is represented by a gray cog shape with a black circle that in turn has a red dot in the center. As this medal is awarded, a message appears on the screen, saying "You lasered (player)".
