The track opens with the ''[[Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary]]'' of the ''[[Halo Theme]]'' Gregorian chant. followed by an arrangement of the [[Truth and Reconciliation Suite#Halo Theme string melody variation|''Halo Theme'' string melody variation in the track ''Truth and Reconciliation Suite'']] from ''[[Halo: Original Soundtrack]]''. However, instead of ending with the low string solo, the section ends with a reprise of the Gregorian chant overlaid with the twinkling effects from the later track ''[[Still, Moving]]''. The track the ends with ''[[Siege of Madrigal]]''.

The track plays in place of its ''Truth and Reconciliation Suite'' counterpart in ''[[Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary]]'':

*In the campaign level ''[[The Silent Cartographer]]'', during the opening cinematic of the level and continues into the gameplay sequence afterwards, but fades out midway.

*The full piece plays in the level ''[[The Maw]]'', during the final chapter in which [[John-117]] escapes the {{UNSCShip|Pillar of Autumn}} on a Warthog after''[[Echo 419]]'' is shot down.
