I disagree. The notion that the SoS and the UNSC were jointly controlling it and watching for the Flood still seems like it could have been a mistake where installation 05 was meant instead. Also, there is not note about how it is curious that Lasky didn't bring 07 up in Halo 4 when he mentioned Halo rings under UNSC control, such as 05 and 03. We could always choose to politely ignore it, maybe relegate it in the "Production notes" section, or just slap a note on it. The intro could also do with a large expansion, going into more detail about he program itself and covering its role in the Covenant War. The article also has a section on the Spartan-IIs in ''Halo Wars'', but makes no mention of ''Halo Wars 2''.
