:The silencers in ''Halo 3: ODST'' were still pretty easy to hear, and aren't going to do much good on a game with radar. Not to mention that there'd be no reason to ever toggle the silencer off, and in real life, you can't silence every weapon. Even the smallest silenced pistol sounds like someone being slapped with a dictionary.
