Elite Flight Armor is a type of combat armor utilized by the Sangheili (Elites).
Introduction
The Elite Flight Armor is structurally very similar to the Elite Assault Armor, and bears minimal changes, mostly on the helmet.
It will be available in Halo 3 multiplayer as an Armor Permutation. However, it is unknown what rank(s) of Elites, if any, naturally don it in campaign combat.
Differences
The following is a list of the Elite Flight Armor's aesthetic differences from the Elite Assault Armor:
- Eye pieces are thinner and flatter, and are blue instead of purple
- Features a conspicuous gray circular plate at the rear of the helmet
- Mandible guards are larger, featured bolts, and are fused together with a chin guard
