Caught by ONI?
Do we really know that ONI caught on to what Sullivan was doing? It's clear that's what he thought was happening, but is it not also possible/probable that what actually happened was communications being knocked out as part of the coming Covenant invasion? The comm unit goes offline suddenly, and Sullivan panics thinking it's ONI. We saw something similar at the end of Part One when Lasky's comm unit (the same comm unit in fact) flashed Covenant lettering as a strange light appeared in the sky.--
