:The pages you mentioned are [[Help:Disambiguation|disambiguation pages]]. Usually we only do that if there are at least 4 pages with similar names. For example, there are two soundtracks, a campaign level and an achievement that are named [[The Maw (disambiguation)|The Maw]]. If there are only two similar names, like the Halo: Reach DMR and Halo 4 DMR, then we only put a phrase on top: "This article is about the Halo 4 DMR. For the DMR in Halo: Reach, see M392 Designated Marksman Rifle."
