 :For the record, I technically did win. HOTM was established in August 2006 and when it was ready to impliment, it was the end of the month. So, someone arbitrarily decided to use my name as an example in the template, and they just kept it there. I got the award as the first HOTM, but I wasn't ''voted'' HOTM. +I might add that Joshua-029 doesn't even have 50 edits. Is this the kind of HOTM we want? I don't think so. Besides the fact he's done nothing here except talk page edits, he isn't active. Inactive and no edits, ueah, no where near HOTM material. Not even close.
