The easiest way to think of it is similar to being a Barron, Duke or Earl | |||
When knighted Sir becomes a part of your name sort of replacing Mr/Mrs and so on | |||
If you wanted to cram it all in it would be “Fleet Admiral Lord Sir Terrence Hood” | |||
So as he has two British titles he’s probably British | |||
