			:The thirty was after the battles above Earth. Seeing as High Charity's fleet used to be in hundreds, it's clear a lot many must have been lost, and many UNSC ships lost to down them. What's more, maybe Cairo Station didn't survive. Maybe it was destroyed but rebuilt. Naturally the new one would still be above Cairo to defend that sector.
