What? No, that's not how it works. A stub is not a temporary template that's there only when someone says more will be added. A stub is a template that says more can be added, whether or not someone actually does. And also, that doesn't even make any sense, if I add enough to it to make it not a stub, then we would remove the stub template anyways. So, the stub template will remain there until it grows bigger.
