I suggest that this page be renamed to "Lone Wolf Spartan glitch" or something of the like. This "statue" looks more like a leftover from production than a reference, it is untextured, extra small and it doesn't really mean much. Compare it to other easter eggs. The flyable pelican/phantom? Clearly left by Bungie as a treat to their fans. The Tribute Room? Obviously put in by Bungie.
