'''Scott Macrae''' is a [[SPARTAN-IV Program|fourth generation Spartan]] who served with Mountain Squad on the {{UNSCShip|Infinity}} during the post-[[Human-Covenant war|war]] years. In [[2558]], Macrae and his team were shot down by [[Covenant remnant|Covenant]] forces while searching for signal data that was discovered during the [[S1/Catherine/Galileo|attack]] on [[Galileo Base]]. Macrae and some of his teammates, including [[Fredric Zurenia|Zurenia]], survived the crash and were later assisted by [[Fireteam Crimson]], who were sent to rescue them.
