Doisac: Difference between revisions

Added the Banished in the government entry indended beneath "various dictatorships". Though, you could also add the Banished as the leading Jiralhanae polity on Doisac in 2559 prior to Doisac's razing, given they've united the clans akin to Thel uniting the Sangheili keeps on Sanghelios. However, this had been excluded.
(→‎Post-war: changed wording on Jiralhanae who don't flock to the Banished. One Jiralhanae Chieftain doesn't not constitute "many" views of Jiralhanae, and added passage on Jiralhanae who have become wary of anything resembling the former Covenant. Added mention of Lydus failing to instill order on Doisac.)
