With the new soveriegnty comes the revival of the Ascetics, because now, more than ever the Sangheili culture depends upon their resolve and their decisive and swift actions for stability. As the physilogical embodyment of purity, their presence promotes feelings of stability, confidence and order and lead the Sangheili by example. They promote confidence in those loyal to the state and fear in those who would undermine it.
