[[Halo: The Fall of Reach]] clearly states that the Unrelenting had pulse laser turrets, and therefore by extension so would other light cruisers as well. Deleting someone's edits (especially those that are accurate) for no reason is against the rules of this Wiki, so I'm going to change it back and I hope that you realise that what you're doing is not allowed.
