I am currently in an edit war over whether or not this article should include the "stub" template. My theory is that it shouldn't be there because the article can't really be expanded. Vegerot says that it should have the stub template because it is a short article. He also says that if it doesn't include the template then it should just be deleted. I am doing this so that a third party could possibly intervene and give their opinion.
