:Something to consider that I noticed, replaying Halo 5. When you meet Governor Sloan, and he's all screwed up in voice and avatar, Tanaka states that it's the "early stages of Rampancy on-set." Well, we never see Cortana get that bad. The most we see is her arguing with herself, which could be attributed to the Logic Plague.
