As per what I've done with the [[Unggoy Storm]], I am making the elite storm rank their own page. They are a separate rank from the elite minors, as evidenced by the fact that their names are different, and the fact that storm elites come in numerous colors, not only blue. | |||

:Good idea. The Halo 4 Interactive Guide labeled the nomenclature Sangheili, Unggoy, and Kig-yar files as such -"Storm". I assume 343i meant this as derivation of each species rank-and-file of the former-Covenant military as separate rank and title(s) for the Post-war Covenant.
