Yes, they reused the unarmored Sangheili model from Spartan Ops in Halo 5 (bigger head, thicker body, unclosed mandibles, scaled skin, cuttlefish eyes.) rather than the Anniversary model (lankier body, longer neck, closed mandibles, unscaled skin, human-like eyes), but they also changed the armor considerably in Halo 5.
