Re: Sig
If you want a custom signature, you start by making a template for your sig. Then you decide what you want it to say and what pics if any you want to use. Once you finish the sig, go to my preferences and check the box Raw signatures and copy the template name into the Nickname box. Personally, I've found that the wiki coding for sig making is long and tedious. I can help you out if you want me to, just tell me what you want it to look like. Peace. · The spartan I'm flattered that you like the design of my sig, but before you make this yours, you may want to take a look at some of the others, like for example RR's or GPT's or Dount's. You can always change this later.
- Ok, I'll make a template for this. You have to go to my preferences and check the box Raw signatures and copy the template name {{subst:User:Chief frank 001/Sig}} into the Nickname box. - Ok, it should be done. Remember, whenever you put in a template, it must have {{}} around the text. Templates are not all that hard to make, but remember, if you make it, it's for keeps(well, an admin could delete it), so make sure you really want something done. This does not mean that you cannot edit your userbox. If you decide to change the box entirely, just go to the template Template:Chief frank 001 Friend Userbox and click edit and have at it. I got the picture from my second favourite video game series called Resistance. The pictures are from Resistance: Fall of Man which is the first game. It is a really good game but most people here have a very low chance of getting it because it is not for Xbox. The only other person here who knows about it is 343 guilty sparks because I told him about it and he played it at a gaming convention.

I got what your problem was
Your problem was the "nowiki markup" thing. The "nowiki" mark makes words the way they are. For example, I sign my sig, File:Spartan with Sniper Rifle and Shotgun.jpg Blemo Talk Contributions File:UoH.gif. When I use the "nowiki" marks, my sig will appear -~~~.
