The bit about aristocrats and SpecOps Officers being two ranks below them. In the Beastorium (i apologise for the spelling mistake) it says that a Sangheili aristocrat is simply one that is allowed to weild an Energy/plasma blade/sword and since when playing as the Arbiter in halo 2 you can give swords to SOME of the elites under your command that would make those specops or specops officer elites(but i assume its officers as i turned the brightness on my tv up to max and the "swordless" ones were purple) aristocrats and since also in "another day at the beach" on the halo 2 map pack the minor elite was weilding a sword it would lead me to suggest that an aristocrat isn't a rank as much as a privellage open to elites of all ranks.[[User:Alphacheiftain101|Veros 'Murum]] 06:42, 15 July 2008 (UTC)

Are they black or dark purple? That picture looks like it could be either, and it doesn't say on the page. [[User talk:Alex T Snow|Alex T Snow]] 19:26, 21 January 2012 (EST)
