:It's the default entry for many Spartan characters (also in Waypoint's Universe section), so in Randall's case it seems to be an error. It says the same for Red Team. So far, none of these characters have been seen as Spartans operating within the Spartan branch, since Randall is a Colonel in the Sedran Colonial Guard and Red Team are still MIA.
