It seems that this glitch has been fixed for the Xbox 360. Every time i've played this level on the 360 (alot!) he has spawned with the Honor Guard Ultra body and standard Honor Guardsman helmet. Additionally in the changing of the Guard cutscene, an Honor Guard Ultra is seen relinquishing his helmet to a brute, but on closer inspection, the helmet he gives to the brute is red! So to me it seems like he's now an Honor Guard Ultra, but they didn't bother to make white Honor Guard helmets.
