"forerunnership" is actually the working title for the level High Charity. whenever a developer talks about the trench run on "forerunnership" they are actually talking about a warthog run that was cut from High Charity. If you want proof of this look into Halo 2's files and you will find that High Charity's file is called "07b_forerunnership.map" the one for Gravemind is "07a_highcharity.map".
